Dr. Wei Wang
Associate Professor
Bio
Dr. Wang joined the University of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in Fall 2014 from Indiana University Bloomington. She is an internationally recognized scholar in service innovation and food marketing, with over 60 conference proceedings and nearly 40 publications in top tier (A+) journals, including Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her research has earned numerous Best Paper awards from academic conferences.
Dr. Wang demonstrates strong leadership across research, teaching, and service, with a record of sustained impact and recognition. Her work has received a wide range of competitive honors, including the Provost Faculty Fellow distinction, the Vice President for Research Multidisciplinary Research Award, the Lucas Endowment for Faculty Excellence Award, and the Louis K. Brandt Research Award.
