Bio
Dr. Hollis received her Ph.D. in Nursing Leadership from the University of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in June of 2024. Her research focuses on the evaluation of the influence of the non-cognitive factors of grit, growth mindset, and self-efficacy on the academic performance of nursing students. She obtained her master's in nursing education from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2008.
